The pleasing, plush mouthfeel gives way to a soft, lingering finish. Our Estate Sauvignon Blanc is, as always, a field blend of three separate clones (clones 1, 316, and Musque) from the estate vineyards. Made 100% in stainless steel barrels, it is crisp, clean and fruity, with a vibrant acidity that accentuates the Sauvignon Blanc character.
